Yes, either the customer or an authorized representative must be present during both pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the required transport documents. 

Our quotes are designed to be transparent and all-inclusive in most cases. Any additional charges, such as for non-running vehicles or remote locations, will always be discussed before booking. 

Your vehicle will only be driven for loading and unloading purposes. Other than that, it will remain securely positioned on the carrier throughout transportation.
