Once you have your quote, you can book directly online or speak with one of our logistics specialists to confirm the details. We work without middlemen, which means faster booking, cleaner communication, and a better rate for your route.

Confirm the Shipment
After you approve your quote, we'll finalize pickup and delivery dates and send you a clear service agreement. No deposit is required until your shipment is assigned to a licensed carrier. You'll know exactly who is transporting your vehicle before they arrive.

Prepare Your Vehicle
Before pickup, remove personal belongings from the interior, reduce your fuel level to around a quarter tank, and note any existing cosmetic damage. We'll send you a prep checklist ahead of time so nothing gets missed. If you have questions about specific vehicles or modifications, just ask.

Pickup and Inspection
On pickup day, the assigned driver will conduct a full walk-around inspection of your vehicle and document its condition on the Bill of Lading. You or your designated contact will review and sign the report. This document protects both parties and serves as the official condition record for the shipment.

Delivery
We'll keep you updated on your vehicle's location and estimated delivery window throughout transit. At delivery, the driver will complete a second inspection to confirm the vehicle arrived in the same condition it left. Any remaining balance is paid directly to the driver using our approved payment methods.
